How do you know if you're right for us?
The following is a minimum set of qualities, skills, and abilities that we expect from you. If you are good in one area (for example, you are an excellent web programmer), this may compensate for your lack of skills in another area (for example, you haven't worked much with Google charts). The better your skills are, the higher the position (and salary) we can offer you.
The ability to program algorithms of medium complexity (for example, write a program that finds all possible "magic squares" 3x3 of single-digit numbers)
Basic knowledge of the structure of websites:
- Basic HTML, PHP, JS skills
- Ability to connect domain and hosting through Cloudflare or similar
- Ability to use FTP-client
- ability to enter mySQL and correct data
Good knowledge of math:
- A quick approximate count (how much money did we spend if the 1st server shows an expense of $325, the 2nd shows an expense of $512, and the 3rd shows $187?)
- A good understanding of percentages (what will the ROI become if it was 50% before and revenue drops in half?)
- Basic combinatorics and probability theory (what is the probability that a roll of 2 dice will result in a total of 7?)
The ability to use google tables on a good level. Making complex formulas from the series =INDEX(...;MATCH(...))
Initiative. Constantly finding bottlenecks in the business and suggesting how they can be improved. The habit of doing more than is expected of you.

The ability to do tasks without a complete TOR, guessing independently how best to organize the fine details of the task.
The ability to assign tasks to other employees with detailed, structured (i.e. understandable to the performer) TOR. And also to predict the places where the executor can make a mistake / not notice and to highlight them especially.
The absence of pathological perfectionism, i.e. the ability to bring tasks to a "good" quality and not to spend excessive time on their implementation.
Leadership skills, ability to distribute a lot of work to several employees, maintain a good atmosphere in the department / project
