We are looking for a professional who, together with the CTO, will develop the target architecture and implement a culture of technological quality.

What is it:

  • • The opportunity to work at least one week from the office in Istanbul.

Conditions:

  • • The company pays for round-trip airfare. (minimum stay — 5 working days)
  • • Accommodation: +$150 per week for housing (week = 5 working days)
  • • Salary supplement: +25% (coefficient x1.25) for the duration of the workation
  • • Up to 2 flights per year to anywhere in Eurasia (if you live in Istanbul, the rule still applies; can be used to visit family or for travel)
  • • Your partner can fly at the company's expense. (provided your stay includes at least 5 office days)
  • • The company may pay for children's tickets if the workation lasts at least 8 working days.
  • • A return ticket may be to/from another city. (e.g., if you plan to vacation elsewhere after Istanbul, the company covers the cost within Istanbul ticket limits)
  • • Legal assistance in Turkey (relocation, housing, any situations — lawyers engaged and paid by the company)
  • • What can you develop? Courses, sports, languages, music—anything!
  • • Annual limit = your average monthly salary. More is possible, subject to discussion.
  • • What is it? Two hours a week with a psychologist.
  • • Why is this important? Taking care of your mental health
  • • English: Courses for all levels
  • • ChatGPT: Assistant for ideas and solutions
